As the product designer, I led efforts to identify and resolve critical design workflow and UX issues. I initiated collaborative design reviews and feedback sessions with the lead designer to align vision and improve efficiency.
Recognizing the need for consistency and scalability, I tackled major UX behavior and UI inconsistencies across web and app platforms that affected responsiveness, developer handoff, and delivery timelines—issues that had raised concerns among stakeholders and investors.
I also proposed streamlined design methodologies to restructure Eazel’s core service architecture, enhancing the integration and usability of more than six interconnected services within the platform.
